Week 2 of the Herts Central Venue League, hosted and organised by Wolves, saw the hosts under-13 performance boys side picked up the club’s first win of the competition with 46-11 victory against East Herts Royals. However they couldn’t repeat the trick in their second game as they lost 55-16 to West Herts Warriors.
Warriors also defeated Wolves under-13 girls 86-12 while Royals gained some revenge with a 48-12 victory against Wolves’ girls. The final game of the day saw Wolves under-13 development face their under-12 club-mates and despite a strong fourth period from the younger team, they were beaten 24-10.
