Revenge was sweet for Wolves U-16 girls as they comfortably beat London Lions 84-62, on Sunday.
Tor Freeman's side had lost a controversial game by two points when they visited East London in December but they never looked back after scoring the first six points and then opening a 15-3 lead after eight minutes.
Caitlin Ryan's 17 point, 13 rebound double-double led the way, adding four assists and three blocks, with Stella Ekblad-Piscatelli also finishing on 17 points (and eight boards) as Wolves kept their play-off chances alive.
Wolves scored the final five points of the first period to lead 21-7 at the first break and a Lily Harkness triple helped extend that lead to 43-27 going into the locker room.
